The next morning we had early reservations at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (earlier than early entry), so we met up at the Monorail at 7:45 to make it in time. However, there was quite a line at the Monorail and after standing around a bit, we learned that one of the trains was down. We debating on if we should get a Minnie Van or take the ferry boat, but then the other train showed up. We were able to make it on and get settled, only for it to be evacuated and told that the resort Monorail line was now down completely and we needed to go to the TTC to catch the express Monorail.
It was now about 10 minutes before our reservation time, so we went back and forth on what to do. I checked Minnie Van times, but it was going to take 20 minutes for one to pick us up, so we decided to walk to the TTC.
After getting through security for a second time, we headed toward the express Monorail…only to find it was also down! They pointed everyone to the ferry, so that is where we headed. After some time, we were finally on our way to Magic Kingdom.
We arrived about 10 minutes past our reservation time and just in time to see the resort Monorail overhead dropping off a load of passengers. Of course.
After some delays at the gate (two of the kids’ fingerprints weren’t working and had to be rescanned), we finally made it to BBB 20 minutes late. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get in, but it was no problem! Mr. Strange and my brother headed off to explore elsewhere (they later told us they rope dropped Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, haha). We were seen right away and the girls were taken to a back room where we had our own little private area for them to get their hair, makeup, and nails done.
The girls loved the experience! They felt so fancy. We purchased the Basic package and brought our own princess dresses from home, but they had a lot of cute choices there.

After BBB, we headed over to Gaston’s Tavern for giant cinnamon rolls and then headed to our first Lightning Lane of the day: Winnie the Pooh. I had originally booked Haunted Mansion as our first LL, but since we had ridden it the first day, I had switched it out to ride Under the Sea later. After tapping into Winnie the Pooh, I booked Jungle Cruise.
After Winnie the Pooh, we headed over to Fairytale Hall and met Cinderella and Belle. Afterwards, we rode Under the Sea (I booked Peter Pan next) and then went back to Fairytale Hall to wait on the other side of the line and met Tiana and Rapunzel.

It was then off to Frontierland to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. LS was feeling a little nervous about the drop, but I reminded her that she had been on taller drops and faster rides; she had made it through Expedition Everest, after all.
Tiana’s was super fun, and I know they didn’t change the track from Splash Mountain, but I honestly don’t remember the bumpy part in Splash Mountain. I booked Space Mountain (again) as our next Lightning Lane. Afterwards, we split up for lunch, and the three of us headed to Pinocchio Village Haus.

Once we were done with lunch, we met back up at the Liberty Belle Riverboat to stay farewell to the area. We rode the boat around and then headed over to Tom Sawyer Island, which the kids loved exploring.
My sister-in-law wanted to catch the parade, and Mr. Strange and I had Lightning Lanes for TRON, so the two of us headed there while everyone else found a spot in Liberty Square to watch the procession.
I loved the theming of TRON and the fast launch was super fun, but we both felt like the ride fell pretty flat after that, since it was so short. I wouldn’t pay to buy the LLSP again.
We met back up with everyone to ride Space Mountain, and LS declared it her favorite ride of the trip. We hopped on the People Mover for a second loop around, then cooled down on the Carousel of Progress. We decided then to head over toward Adventureland.

We stopped at the spring roll cart to check out the cheeseburger spring rolls. I know this is probably blasphemy, but I liked the pepperoni ones better.
We then rode the Magic Carpets again and went back through the Swiss Family Treehouse, before heading to Jungle Cruise for our Lightning Lane. Our skipper was ok, but most of the jokes went way over the kids’ heads.
Afterwards, we grabbed some of Tiana’s Famous Beignets, and then it was back to Fantasyland to ride Peter Pan.
We finished our day in Magic Kingdom riding a few things for the second time: the carousel, Barnstormer, Dumbo, and tea cups. We headed out and got on the monorail to head back right as the fireworks started, so we watched them as we traveled around.
The next day was our last, so we packed up, checked out, spent a couple hours at the pool, then headed to the airport. See you next time, Disney!
