Thursday

Thursday was our last sea day. LS wanted to get up early to go to the Oceaneer Club to make Stitch’s Space Goo (slime), so we ate breakfast and headed there. It was during an Open House, so Mr. Strange and I had to attend as well, but afterwards we were able to check her into the kid’s club and go off and do our own thing.

We ended up going back to The Rose for another drink before heading back to pick her up to do a Halloween craft at Skipper’s Society. We then grabbed some lunch at the buffet (I got the chicken tikka masala) and headed up to the bow of the ship to recreate the scene from Titanic. Just kidding, but it was super windy up there, so we could only stand it for a few minutes.

We headed back to the room to relax for a bit before LS and I went to check out Guess Who’s Behind the Curtain and then meet Donald and Pluto.

We had dinner at 1923, then got in line for seats for Moana. The show was great! LS loved the tissue paper confetti that rained down at the end.

Friday

On Friday, we slept in a bit, had breakfast, and then it was time to hit the beach at Castaway Cay! I had reserved floats ahead of time, so I picked those up, and we enjoyed several hours of the ocean and beach.

Our final dinner was at Marvel, and the kids decided they wanted to go to Kid’s Club afterwards, so we dropped them off. Mr. Strange and I headed back to our room briefly to pack up the suitcases we wanted them to pick up at 10pm that evening. Then we headed back the Haunted Mansion Parlour, where we ordered the drink off the secret menu (although we requested that the gin drink be exchanged for another whiskey drink, as neither of us like gin).

We stuck around to watch the whole cycle of the show at Haunted Mansion, then headed over to the adults only Heard That competition and stuck around for the 1980s music trivia (which we did terrible at) before picking LS up and going to bed.

Saturday

We awoke on Saturday back in port in Florida. Since our flight wasn’t until that evening, we took our time packing up our final things and having a last breakfast at the buffet before heading off the ship and back on the bus to take us to the airport. Thanks, Disney Treasure! We had a blast!
